Settlesweet is the tech startup that is making home search smoother for relocating professionals. Thanks to our unique technology and a real emphasis on customer experience, we strive at making home search faster, simpler & delightful.

We have clients among the top french startups (Doctolib, Meero, Qonto, Spendesk, etc.) and they all offer Settlesweet to their employee looking for housing.

We are located at Station F, the world largest incubator at the center of the french startup ecosystem and backed by Ecole Polytechnique.

Our Story

Guillaume Seiler (ESSEC) et Mathieu Brun-Picard (Arts et MĂ©tiers) launched Settlesweet two years ago.
Both lived several relocations all around the world (USA, India, China, Vietnam, etc...) and realized that there was no existing service to simplify the home search experience.
Today, Settlesweet's team includes 8 persons & we found 200 homes for our clients.

Now we need you to be able to fuel our growth. Sales has been historically made by founders, that didn't have any sales background and learnt by doing it. We want you to bring a fresh eye to what we have been doing and help us to grow even faster.

Descriptif du poste

Mission

As our Head of Sales, your mission will be to grow our revenu over 10M€ a year within three years by building a sales machine.

You will design and implement our sales processes and test them (from the lead generation to meetings with prospects and account management).
You will also have to build a team of sales development representative, account executives and account managers.

What you will do

  • Build a predictable sales model based on data. You will use CRM data to forecast and manage sales activity to meet company goals.
  • Oversee the strategy & execution of the entire sales funnel (Lead Generation, Client Meeting, Account Management)
  • Set the best processes and stack: choose the best tools (CRM) and make sure we use them perfectly.
  • Set the best Sales Enablement: training, coaching, materials.
  • Grow your team by recruiting top sales performers (the sales team should reach 25 people within the next 3 years)

Profil recherché

Competencies

Essentials:

  • Sales Skills: Deep understanding of the sales funnel. Successful track record exceeding sales goals

Important:

  • Communication: Able to explain and document your choice regarding the sales process
  • Work Experience: You already have 3+ years of experience as a sales, preferably in a startup environment
  • Data driven: You have a good understanding on how to leverage data to process sales and reach your goals

Bonus:

  • Sales mindset : You already built a company or joined an early stage startup
  • Real estate enthusiast: You are excited about disrupting a non-digitalized market and are interested about the real estate market

This is our current Sales Stack and of course it can be flexible based on your affinities with existing softwares.

Package

  • Fix salary : 40-50k€
