Guillaume Seiler (ESSEC) et Mathieu Brun-Picard (Arts et Métiers) launched Settlesweet two years ago.
Both lived several relocations all around the world (USA, India, China, Vietnam, etc...) and realized that there was no existing service to simplify the home search experience.

Job Description

As an Inbound Sales Specialist you will be responsible to drive revenue by converting inbound leads into qualified meetings for the Home Matching team.

Mission

Your main task is to follow up with inbound leads (i.e. contacts who showed an interest in our service) by making phone calls, sending emails and SMS.

Your goal is to know if the contact fits our ideal profile and if so, make sure the contact is fully aware of the value Settlesweet can provide and drive its interest towards booking a call with the Home Matching team.

What you will do

• Engage with leads by phone, SMS and email
• Understand the client profile and needs
• Provide accurate information about our service
• Engage leads to move forward in the sales funnel
• Record all interactions in our CRM
